For Tender Breasts
Make a massage oil for painful breasts by combining 60 drops geranium essential oil and 2 tablespoons carrier oil. Gently rub a little on and around your breasts a few times a day.
Note: Use this strong 10% dilution sparingly. If you are sensitive, use fewer drops of geranium in the blend.
Potent PMS Massage Oil
Only use this massage oil on your abdomen and lower back. The blend is too strong for full-body massage.
To a 4-ounce dark-color glass bottle, add the essential oils. Add the other oils. Cap and shake gently. Use gentle hand pressure to rub a small amount of the blend onto your abdomen and lower back, massaging toward your heart. Use daily during episodes of PMS.
