Massage oil to relieve muscle aches and pains

  • 8 drops ravensara
  • 8 drops cypress essential oil
  • 8 drops sweet marjoram essential oil

  • 3 drops neroli essential oil
  • 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon carrier oil

Blend oils. Massage as needed into painful areas.

Decongestant Inhalation Blend

  • 5 drops ravensara
  • 5 drops lemongrass essential oil
  • 5 drops eucalyptus essential oil
  • 4 drops lemon essential oil

Blend essential oils. Use 1 to 3 drops in a steam inhalation.

Bath Blend

  • 2 drops ravensara essential oil
  • 2 drops Eucalyptus radiata essential oil
  • 2 drops myrtle essential oil
  • 1 teaspoon carrier oil

Blend the oils and stir them into the bath.
